WAYNE HENDRICKS (Director of Cricket)
Wayne is a qualified UCB (United Cricket Board) Level III cricket coach with 16 years coaching experience.
He coached at a cricket academy in Port Elizabeth before moving to Cape Town to pursue his life-long dream, starting his own cricket academy. He also coached various Western Province age group team from U13 to U19 level.

DARREN ROLFE (Indoor Net Facility Manager/Cape Town Cricket Club Hub Manager)
Darren is a CSA Qualified Level II Cricket Coach with a Diploma in Coaching Science.
Attending Plumstead High School where the likes of International Cricketers JP Duminy, Rory Kleinveldt, Paul Adams, Stephen Jefferies and many other schooled.
I was called up to the first team in 2006, This being at the start of Grade 10 was never dropped. He started off as Batsman Wicket Keeper But later on in his Cricket Career has become an Opening Pace Bowler.
Ending my school career in 2009, His Cricket Career resumed at Cape Town Cricket Club, A Club in which He started at the age of 10 Years playing U13 Saturday Cricket.
During the 2013/2014 Season, They went onto Win the Premier League and play at the National Club Championship held in Pretoria. They repeated this in 2015/2016 Season.
In 2010 He had the opportunity to play club cricket at Sarisbury Cricket Club in the UK and performed well with both Bat and Ball. He also ran the Junior Section Coaching at the club as well as arranging private coaching.
He had the privilege of Training with the Hampshire Royals County Team as well as having the opportunity to attend the Australian and England Nets bowling to the likes of Michael Clarke, Shane Watson, Eion Morgan, Paul Collingwood and many others. During these training sessions, Darren had a fantastic opportunity to be guided/coached by England Star Bowlers James Anderson and Stuart Broad.
Darren’s Coaching Career in South Africa started in 2010 with the All Rounder Cricket Academy doing Part Time Coaching while attending ETA College based in Rondebosch to study a Coaching Science Diploma in which He Graduated with a Merit Achievement and Achieving a Merit Award for Cricket Specialisation Course
Since 2014, Darren became a permanent employee of the All Rounder Cricket Academy Coaching at the State of Art Indoor Centre based at the D&P Cricket Factory and the Fish Hoek Hub later on becoming a High Performance Coach at the Indoor Centre.
Since 2015 to Current, Managing the Indoor Nets and Coaching, during this time arranging the first Tour of Pretoria and have done so every year.
A Year Later also Managing the Youth Section at one of our hubs Cape Town Cricket Club.
In 2017, The All Rounder Cricket Academy set up a Winter League called the CAPE TOWN PREMIER LEAGUE in which he have managed the behind the scenes along with a fantastic team at The All Rounder Cricket Academy.

Paul Featherstone (Sun Valley/Fish Hoek Hub Manager/All Rounder Hockey Manager)
Paul is a young new member of the All Rounder family with 4 years of cricket coaching experience and 5 years of hockey coaching. Paul also specialises in Sports and Fitness Management.
Paul attended Sun Valley Primary School from Grade 1 till 7, where he played cricket and hockey. He also joined All Rounder Cricket Academy back in 2007 where he played in the Youth Section League representing u10/u11 and u13 in and around Cape Town.
Paul then attended Wynberg Boys’ High School where his passion and love for the game grew. He played U14B, U15A, U17A and 2nd XI where he captained two of those sides during his school career. Paul was a keen cricketer where he spent majority of the time batting at number 3 and opening the bowling with left arm seam.
Paul continued to be involved with All Rounder where he was coached by some top coaches by the likes of; Wayne Hendricks and Dom Tello at the All Rounder Indoor Centre and Cape Town Cricket Club.
Paul also played U14A, U16A and 2nd XI Hockey for Wynberg Boys’ with many years of success.
When Paul went onto study Sports Management, he joined the Academy as a part time coach. He started coaching mini cricket and gradually progressed to u11 age group. While doing cricket, he also go involved with coaching hockey and started to use is knowledge and experience of the game to help develop the sport within the Valley at various schools. He managed to build long lasting relationships that would later grow into something big.
Moving forward to 2018, after being a part time coach, Wayne Hendricks asked him to establish the all new All Rounder Hockey Academy. Since then the hockey has grown to new heights where someone was needed to manage it. Paul was appointed as the All Rounder Hockey Academy Manager and continues to improve and grow.
“Hard work pays off – Never give up” Supera Moras is a motto that Paul lives by and it can clearly be shown. From part time coach in 2017 to being fully employed with the All Rounder Academy in both Cricket and Hockey. Paul is now manager of one of our largest Hubs in Cape Town.
Paul has also started up a CPL (Cape Premiere League) Hockey foundation, similar to the CPL Cricket on which provides schools and clubs the opportunity to play the game.
Paul is also the Sun Valley/ Fish Hoek Hub Youth Section Manager which takes place on a Friday and matches on Saturday. This provides young aspiring crickets that extra exposure to the game.
On top of work, Paul also spends his time offering his services as a Volunteer Fire Fighter for the Volunteer Wildfire Services base at Newlands Forest Fire Base.
